Rico Accordion

This is more for me so I don't lose it rather than for everyone else, but Rico is an open source scripting library similar to Scriptaculous which allows for some pretty cool "ajaxy stuff". Accordion Example is the main one that has drawn me to this library. There's also a different implementation of the accordion behavior using Scriptaculous, but its kinda buggy.
